A very windy and cold night with a very bright moon didn't really tempt me much, but I did go outside to take a look. My response was to run head over heals to get my gear and set it up! For once the northern lights were not just visible at 60 degrees north, but they were great even in the glare of the moon. It came in waves, where it almost disappeared, then came back with a vengeance. A very pleasant night indeed. Many thanks!! Find more on my blog: www.ross.no
