Details:
Xmas is here! (and time to show it over). Santa and Rudolph taking a break on our moon. Here we discover Rudolph close Dorsum Zirkel inside Mare Imbrium, with distant Sinus Iridium. World famous reindeer spotted thanks to the solar elevation angle creating delightful forms of shadows along the terminator. Can you spot Rudolph staring back to Earth on the lunar surface?. Vintage Meade LX3 SCT, 2x Barlow, Celestron CCD and NexImage preliminary processed image.
