Details:
We were driving when we saw this strong sun pillar with an unusual funnel (upper tangent arc) on top. Stopped at a parking to take photos and discovered the cause - snow cannons running at full blast covering the valley in a thick mist of ice crystals!

The small V shaped arc between the sun and upper tangent arc is the rare and enigmatic Moilanen arc
