Details:
The youngest moon i've ever photographed. Capture was done at sea level, with quite clear conditions, but the moon was not visible when capturing. Also, not visible with binoculars. Illumination was only 0.5% (5/1000), so it was extremely faint. Such events are better observed and photographed at high altitudes, where haze is much less. The moon was close to perigee with angular diameter of 33'. Altitude at sunset 7.5°. Canon EOS 450D, Canon EF 70-200mm F 2.8 lens with 2x converter at 400mm.
