Not rockets, but airplane contrails. These are clouds which are man-made; formed by condensed water vapor from the exhaust of the planes engines.

Well it certainly is odd and at first glance I thought the same but there were several popping up all around coming up from the horizon. The closest airport is over an hour and a half away and I dont ever see having any type of exhibition around here with temps @ 20,snow and ice. Maybe but I would have thought I would have noticed 10/20 planes flying around a small town at 6:00 am....??? Who knows
