This exposer really needed a red filter to bring out Nebulosity. But till I get a #25 this had to do.
Canon rebel in monochrome mode. Electronic red filter turned on. Pentax 200mm ED SMC lens. 3-4 minute exposers stacked in Deepsky stacker. F/ 2.8 or 4? 400 ISO.
I really like the old B&W's of star fields taken on plate film as well as Schmidt Cameras. So I am trying to replicate on a lens and digital SLR lol.
