Details:
Just prior to the start of the eclipse the giant sunspot was the star of of the show. Comparison hydrogen alpha and white light shown. Hydrogen alpha image was taken with a Lunt 80 mm, Nikon D800, 2X barlow, 10 stack of images. The white light with a Questar 3.5, Nikon D7100, .6X positive lens.
