Details:
Haze defeated my efforts to photograph Mars and Comet Siding Spring but, to my amazement, a B-2 bomber, making a wide circle southwest of Columbia, passed right through the field of one of my 10-second exposures. Note odd contrail, a feature of the B-2. Photo made with a Canon 5D-MkII and Tamron 300mm, f/2.8 adaptall lens, on an equatorial mount. Exposure was 10-seconds at f/4 and ISO-800.
