Details:
We had to travel that extra kilometre last night with Marianne , as the skies where very cloudy in and around the tromso area . We all headed south with a full van load, aprox 150 kilometres south to a place called Setermoen . Where we were rewarded on arrival with crystal clear skies . It was around midnight and the aurora danced with the strangest colours and shapes that we had seen this season . It lasted for an hour or so then we started our long trip back to tromso arriving home at around 4 am . What a night . Well worth the long drive. Nikon 800e with Nikon 14-24
