With the help of one Fiddle barn kitty, (astrophotography assistant extraordinaire...when he is not tipping the tripod), a bit of luck, and a whole lot of patience waiting for clouds to bother someone else I was able to enjoy and photograph much of the first half of the October 8, 2014 Lunar Eclipse until the Moon set behind fall leaves and faded clouds at Dawn's Twilight whilst still in Totality. I also listened to Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones. :0) All the equipment needed drying after that heavy dew and I needed blankets and heat! Then with the help of one patient puppy, named Audie, and a LOT of time this collage maneuvered its way into creativity. The wider shot was a passerby and the closer lights, believe it or not, was taken near Dawn and is a 1.3s exposure of a local school bus.

Lisa - Beautiful work on your part!
I also like your log poetic stories, as I thought that only I wrote long captions to all of my images. Youll see mine up in a few minutes after I had to wait to reload my Adobe Programming a day or two after the eclipse event. Im just now finishing processing of over 150 images this morning. (;
