Details:
Even when levels of Solar activity are predicted to be low, it's still possible to see some wonderful displays of Aurora. In essence, it's only a guide and the only way that one can really tell what's happening is by being out there. Although tonight was a bright, moonlit night, and the so called KP index was almost flatlining this is what we witnessed here at 70º North, Finnmark, Norway. Very much a case of persistence, patience and determination paying off. ISO 640, Aperture f/4.0, Camera - Canon 5D Mk 3, Lens - Canon 14 mm f/2.8
