Having to wake up at 5am... It allways hurts a little bit. As I let the dog out in the garden, the full moon was high in the sky and almost instantly I noticed a luminous ring around it. A lunar halo! It was a very pleasant surprise on a friday morning. Without hesitating I grabbed my camera and took photos of it. Since I'm passionate about the weather this lunar halo made my day even though it was just getting started. I felt like the weather gods were already telling me "Have a nice weekend!" Camera details: Canon EOS 550D with a Tamron 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5
