Details:
After a week without clouds, the remains of Hurricane Simon moved over the Southwest and threatened observing this total lunar eclipse. High clouds dominated the previous day and by the time sunset arrived, conditions looked more direr. However, despite high clouds, I managed to capture totality as well as landscape lighting conditions as the eclipse progressed. Landscape image appears as if under a total SOLAR eclipse with horizon lit up by Albuquerque, NM. Time lapse of event can be viewed at: https://vimeo.com/108366977
