Details:
This was one of the most brilliant sundogs I've ever seen! I was riding home on my bike from work when they first caught my eye. The intensity varied for awhile between the left and the right ones, then the left one became intensely bright and sprouted the comet-like "tail". Images made with a Canon EOS Rebel T2i DSLR, EF-S 18-55mm zoom lens, exposures between 1/3200s and 1/2000s @f/11, ISO 200.
