Details:
This is my first post to Spaceweather. Via my remote observatory in Chile I catched the asteroid flyby of 2014RC. Images were taken with a 40cm ODK from Orion Optics and an FLI CCD. Exposure was 45 sec. Exposures were started around 1h47 am local time (5h47 UT). I added up a couple of images to prepare the image in attachment and did image processing in MAXIM DL to enhance the visibility of the object. Not the nicest image though, but it has been captured.

this asteroid has an unusually long tail in space, I suspect that its giving off a debris/dust field. Could someone verify this assumption.
