After a Golden Sunset and before the Sat/Mars/Moon group I managed to capture the Mercury Zavijava, Virgo conjunction only 2d above the horizon and 1d separation. Canon T4i, 300mm f5.6, iso 400, .4s at 2014/08/31 21:00hrs cdt (UT 02:00 09/01).
TheSkyXPro charts show the fields with Mercury/Zavijava near the Autumnal Equinox between Leo/Virgo.
