Details:
I initially saw a white pillar of isolated rainfall ahead while driving west on I-285 around Atlanta, GA. The base of the pillar began to shimmer with color that eventually resolved into a chunk of rainbow. As the clouds shifted and the light changed, it became better defined and had a second, inverted bow appear above it. I don't think I've ever seen a rainbow this close to the horizon before.
