Details:
This Sunday (August 24, 2014), we had some clear skies in Quezon City, the Philippines and I took the opportunity to image the active Sun in both hydrogen alpha and white light. There were a lot of beautiful prominences at both eastern and western limbs as well as nice long (both thin and broad) filaments along the surface.
