Wow!! BIG prominence erupting from east limb area at 1230 UT and by 1244 UT faded! used my PST + ASI120MC ccd camera, I could **just*** fit the prominence in! All action was on east limb.

So I am wrong. This eruption did take place around 12:30 UTC. I might have seen the remnants of another, smaller eruption around the same location at 14:00 UTC.

Hi,
Great shot but I think that this was 13:30 UTC, so 9:30 AM DST on the East coast.
