Conjunction of Venus, Jupiter & crescent Moon
Taken by Bruce McCurdy on August 23, 2014 @
Had a mostly clean view of the three brightest objects in the night sky rising in a near-regular triangle over the skyline of Edmonton. Three photos, taken at 05:21, 05:23 & 05:36 MDT (UTC minus 6). The first is a wide field view that includes the Gemini twins, Castor & Pollux, near the top of the frame.
