Details:
This full disk H-alpha solar image shows many interesting active regions and filaments. Along the solar limb there are some beautiful structured prominences both quiescent and active. Near the SE limb it is visible a nice "cloud" like prominence ("nuages" from Secchi, 1851). Photo details: SV60 Solar telescope (F=1200mm) equipped with a SKYnyx 2.2M CCD camera. Good seeing and very clear sky.
