Details:
I went out about 10pm to start Perseid observing and photos, the Perseids were pretty bad, but about 2:29am I was going to adjust my camera lens a bit to zoom in on radiant but decided not to when - WOW..a bright -8 fireball - NON - Perseid and a fainter Perseid appeared at the same time...If I had adjusted my lens I would have missed the fireball! Not sure but the fireball could have been a Kappa Cygnid.
