Below these clouds was a severe thunder storm flooding parts of Albany, New York; but above these clouds was a cloud effect I have never seen above a thunderstorm. These Kelvin-Helmoltz looking clouds lasted for about 5 minutes. Pictures were taken using Apple iphone 5C.
