Details:
The face of the sun may be quiet this week but it still knows how to put on a good dawn show. I photographed these crepuscular rays at sunrise today, as the sun came up over the Rhone Valley in Switzerland. The shadows in the sky are created by other alpine peaks behind the ones visible on the skyline. What a great way to start the day!
