A crescent moon of the 3rd day of the month in the East-Asian lunisolar calendar.
Two days ago, 29th May was new moon, which is the first day of lunisolar calendar month.
In Japan, the Moon seen in the 3rd day was called as Mikazuki. (Mika, from mikka, means the 3rd day; zuki, from tsuki, means the Moon)
