Not sure what this is considered, when I first noticed it appeared to be a oval shaped halo against the sky, as weather moved through it changed to more a circular shape. I watched it for at least 15 minutes. From Keller, Washington on May 24th between 3:10 pm and 3:22 pm pdt. Canon SX50 ISO 80, f/8, 1/2000 sec
