Details:
Here are some images I've taken at Yerkes Observatory in Williams Bay, Wisconsin. The night sky there is amazing, and I love working there with my mentors and colleagues. I'm 14 and I love astronomy. Here are 8 images (two separate posts) I've taken at Yerkes Observatory.
Featured here in the first two images is the entrance to Yerkes- an engraving that says "Yerkes Observatory - University of Chicago," and in the second two images, the dome that houses the world's largest refractor (40 inches) with Jupiter and M44 setting in the background.
Canon EOS 6D, Samyang 24mm, f/1.4, 15 second exposures, 800 ISO.
