Details:
Yesterday there was a very strong and beautiful solar halo visible over Östersund, Sweden. This type of halo is known as the 22° halo and down to the left of the strong halo you can also see a trace of the very rare 46° halo. It looks like a big eye in the sky.

The arcs to the lower left and right of the sun outside the 22 degree halo and circumscribed halo ( http://www.atoptics.co.uk/halo/circsalt.htm ) are rare infralateral arcs from column crystals
