Details:
After the clouds cleared out at 1am, I stayed up the rest of the night photographing the Lyrid meteor shower. In this image there was a fireball over Spring Lake as the milky way was rising. I recently read that 1 out 4 Lyrid meteors leave behind a persistent train. This one left a train that was visible in images for the next 5 minutes.
