Details:
I spent much of the day on my solar telescope struggling to cope with bad seeing conditions; the air was moving like water in a swimming pool. Luckily my persistence paid off when I was rewarded with a wonderful Hydrogen-alpha view of an M7 solar flare from AR2036.
