Details:
Looking not unlike a Martian fighting machine from H.G. Wells' 1898 novel War of Worlds awaiting instructions from its home planet, this old style water tower located at the Linn County Care Center is matched with the planet Mars and star Spica. It was peak brightness night for the red planet.
