Comet Jacques taken through a Canon 60Da camera and 300mm EF lens, cropped.
Stack of 5x 2 minute exposures.
Field of View 2 degrees
North is at lower left. Visual magnitude estimate through an 8" reflector was 10.2, with coma at least 4' wide. This comet has potential to reach 6th magnitude this coming July.
