Details:
Farrell Germann, of the Central Missouri Astronomical Association, examines an image of Jupiter on the back of his DSLR. Telescope is a 16-inch Newtonian built by Mike Boessen. Photo made hand held with a Canon 5D-MkII and Canon 28-105mm zoom, set to 45mm. Exposure was 1/4-second at f/4 and ISO-6400.
