Details:

Over the last few months we have been graced with a massive active sunspot region that has returned 3 times and been renamed 3 times AR1944, 1967 & 1990.

My observation is the bigger head spot of rotation is switched to a smaller head spot of rotation for each rotation. I hope there is the fourth time around of AR1944 to show the switches in at least 2cycles.
