The supernova was clearly visible in a 9.25 inch Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope and stood out well from the M82 galaxy. This image was captured with a Canon 350D. Approximately 20 images were stacked and the result was contrast/brightness/sharpness adjusted using Photoshop.
