Details:
Sunspot 1967 was the former monster Sunspot 1944. I imaged 1967 on Feb 1,2014,26 days after imaging 1944 on Jan 6, 2014. It is interesting to note that for both cases a sunspot group to their direct North is observed. I used my 40mm PST, a 1.5X Barlow and a DMK 41 camera.
