Light beams again! Expectation were high last night 28.1.2014 when powerful Auroras should have appeared, as the 1967 rotated into view, but they turned out to be weak at our latitude of Arctic Circle and obscured with clouds. The light beams, however, shined very bright as the temperature dropped below -17°C. The light beams were clearly visible with unaided eye, however, longer exposure were to be used due to darkness and that also enabled to see some Auroras in the back. Taken with Canon 5D mk2, Samyang 14 mm, ISO 1000, exposure 10 seconds.
