Details:
I wanted to photograph the Full Moon following the first successful touchdown of a Chinese lander (Chang’e-3) on the lunar surface. As I took this handheld camera image minutes before exact Full Moon phase, a bat flew in front of the Moon - almost as if in salute to the Chinese success. Taken with a Canon PowerShot SX50 HS, maximum 50x optical zoom, ISO 400, f6.5, 1/500 second.
