There has not been a lot of sunshine here on the east coast of late! Today the sun was bright and clear. Lots of minor activity around the numerous active regions at the moment.

Solarmax 60II f/6.6, Canon XTi ISO 800, surface 1/800 sec. prominences 1/250 sec. East and West are reversed.

The surface and prominence shots are 5 layer stacks. Treated with Lynkeos' Lucy-Richardson algorithm and Photoshop for stacking, montage and colour.
