Details:
This is a quite unusual view at the beautiful night sky, taken in Chilean Andes. The field of view is actually more that 360 degrees, which allows one to see not just starry sky, but the surroundings as well. Remarkably, the Milky Way has already set and what you see is just dark sky - a true window to our Universe. One can also notice faint elongated bluish glow spanning across the sky - this is so called Zodiacal stripe (reflection of the sunlight on tiny particles in the Solar system plane). Magellanic Clouds are also visible on the right.
