Details:
I used the tree to shield the Moon's glare and I got lucky.The Moon will be full this year but you can still capture some bright and colorful meteors by reducing exposure time and the asa setting on your camera. In this photo I used a Canon AE-1 camera with a 50mm lens at F/1.8 for about 20 seconds using Kodak 800 asa film.
