Details:
This is the maximum phase of total solar eclipse on Nov. 3rd. We were very lucky, because just few minutes before the totality one terrible cumulus cloud covering the Sun dissipated. As you can see, the projection of the lunar shadow in high clouds is almost perfectly circular, because its width on our place (just 1.5 km north-west from Pakwero, Uganda) was around 17 km. Pretty unusual view. Used Canon 550D, Sigma 10 mm, f3,5, ISO 400, 1/1250 s, 1/400 s, 1/125 s.
