Details:
After a rainy morning, the sky started to clear until 10 minutes after second contact when it was crystal clear for the remaining of the event. The unique geometry of this solar eclipse, created some breath taking moments like the multiple Baileys Beads and the long chromosphere passing more that half of the Sun's perimeter. Observing conditions where perfect and in the sequence of the Baileys Beads, the Lunar limb can be seen with detail. The Corona was remarkable and beside the small duration of 62 seconds, it was one of the most spectacular totalities I've ever witnessed! I used a Takahashi FSQ106N telescope and a Nikon D7100 that was automatically controlled by Solar Eclipse Maestro software.
