I took this picture in Novo Hamburgo city, in the south of Brazil, photographed - between 8:30 and 9 PM on october 22nd - a strange object in the sky. Canon Rebel T-4, ISO 100, f/4.5, 30s exposure, 35mm

Maybe a space junk entering the atmosphere and exploding, creating a kind of shockwave. Or a NEO. The green ring can indicate copper compounds in the object.

It would be interesting to see all the frame (actual is cropped) in order to check the origin of this flare, probably an internal lens reflection

It is a lens flare for sure. I can make such pics if you want, only a bright streetlight (and any camera capable for long exposures) is needed.
