Details:
The partial Solar Eclipse of November 3, 2013 as seen in Manatee County, Florida. This is the view from the Palmetto side of the DeSoto Bridge, looking towards east Bradenton.
The water reflecting the sunrise is the Manatee River.
The eclipse was not actually visible to the naked eye (without proper protection) as this was an extremely bright sunrise.
