Judging that the constellation of the Great Square of Pegasus is below...looks like thats the M31 (Andromeda) Galaxy.

I agree with texasghost, and would like add that the 2 darker frames with the elliptical streaks looks IDENTICAL to photos I shot of the neighbors night-flying LED kite!!! LEDs on the kite as well as some running up the string to the kite.
