Details:
The auroras were early tonight in Salla! They almost surprised me.... Already at 19:20h. a light green arc became visible and in short time a lot of activity with green and yellow/green could be seen. Temperature dropped also quickly from -4'C at 19:30h. to -12'C at midnight! Where in afternoon the ducks still were swimming a couple of hours later real ice was formed. So, winter has really started now! When the auroras disappeared I turned 180 degrees from the north to the south, looking straight in the light of the almost full moon together with the street lights reflecting on the first ice!. Also a beautiful view as you can see on photo 3 and 4
