This was back on the 1st/2nd. There was a lot of red aurora moving in front of the pleiades as I was shooting. My thought was...how much is going to be picked up by the camera. Quite a bit as one can see. No trouble with light pollution in the Arcadia Michigan area. I finally got around to processing the image. 7 X 30sec. 3200ISO. Homemade 12.5 inch F/5 Newtonion and German equitorial mount. Canon T2i rebel.
