Details:
We had a lull in the North American Monsoon here in Arizona for a couple days and I had a moonless chance to try imaging this one. It would’ve benefited from more time to get better color and IFN detail, but I wanted to work on 10P/Tempel first.

I wasn’t aware that the background would be so interesting and at first was confused that maybe my flat field was really bad or that there were passing clouds and I wasn’t properly normalizing the image. But after starting to stretch it, it was clearly background nebulosity. So fascinating. Also noting just a bit of curvature in the tail.
