Details:
A clear August night at the Plemmirio Marine Protected Area in Syracuse, Sicily. The Plemmirio Lighthouse stood beneath a rich star field, with Andromeda, Cassiopeia and Perseus visible, along with the Andromeda Galaxy (M31). A Perseid meteor was also captured on the left side of the frame, adding a fleeting moment to the scene. Nikon D750, Samyang 14mm f/2.8. Sky: 95 exposures, ISO 2500, f/3.5, 25s, tracked with an astrotracker. Foreground: 7 exposures, ISO 2000, f/3.5, 10s. The sky was stacked in DeepSkyStacker, then processed and blended with the foreground in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.
